From the outset, we set the bar of what’s to come. We go over and above the standard of expectation. We don’t clock on and clock off in the typical 9–5 format. We’re always available to answer questions or talk ideas cross whichever platforms you prefer, whether that’s email, Teams, WhatsApp or even a shared Pinterest board. We keep you informed about what’s happened overnight, and what we’re working on next. During these stages, we liaise with the international design architect, coordinating the local consultant team, offering guidance, and providing input on all planning controls. We don't have much involvement in the design itself other than commenting on compliance issues and advising on local planning regulations. We stay involved. We regularly visit the site to ensure the drawings are being implemented correctly and the workmanship is of the best possible quality, and to handle any surprises that pop up.
